Decent course, quick access
I purchased the Hula Hoop Yoga Course and got access almost instantly. The content was pretty solid, good instructions on integrating the hooping with yoga moves. I did find a couple of the video segments a little dark, making it hard to see the finer details of some poses. Still, it was a good value for what I paid and I'm enjoying the workouts. The customer service was responsive when I had a quick question about downloading the videos to my tablet.
Good for beginners
I just started the Beginner Hoop Dance Lessons and it's pretty fun. The videos were easy to follow, even for someone like me who's never really hooped before. My arms are a bit sore but that's probably normal. I think I'm getting the hang of it.
